G.R.O.W. - God Rewards Our Work
 
 
Our G.R.O.W. Outreach is one of the most rewarding opportunities at Camille Acres. G.R.O.W. stands for "God Rewards Our Work." This outreach tool is one we hope to use to reach out to the Longview and all of Gregg County. A G.R.O.W. team meets on Tuesday night at 6:30 for a an hour of outreach via letters, calls and visits. Assist our teams by submitting a Prospect Form.

The five principles of G.R.O.W. are as follows:

Sowing and Reaping: God's principle of the harvest; if you do not sow, you do not reap.
Involving every member: Everyone can write a letter, make a phone call, or make a visit.
Having fun with outreach.
Making quality time greater than quantity time.
Reaching out by divine appointment: If we just say yes, God has the opportunity ready and waiting for us. God is always working, are we?

This is a unique outreach program that requires only 12-15 hours a year!! Are you up for the challenge? If so, there are four basic qualifications for a G.R.O.W. participant at Camille Acres:

Requirements:

1. YOU MUST BE A CHRISTIAN!!

2. You must go through a simple orientation to GROW

3. Your work book must be completed and turned in for review to Pastor Ayres

4. Commit to being present at G.R.O.W. 12 times a year!
You must be correctly motivated: You should desire to see Camille Acres grow, but love for the Savior and sinner should be the primary motivation for each G.R.O.W. participant!!

Thus far, this has truly been an exciting experience at Camille Acres. It's not about the numbers we get in our books, but it is about the numbers in God's "book"! (Matthew 28:19-20) Be a part of "The Great Commission"; see what happens when a church is active in God's plan.
