Worship for the whole family
We are a fellowship of believers committed to the promotion and health of the family spiritually by sound Teaching and Preaching and strong fellowship activities. We follow the philosophy that being a church family that is missions minded involves several things: Sound Bible Study, Prayer, Fellowship, Witness, Worship. We strive to maintain these through Weekly Prayer meetings, Sound Sunday School and Training Service classes, Preaching and periodic Bible Studies. We have fellowships and witness activities as well.
Sunday School
We offer Sunday School to meet the spiritual needs of all ages, Nursery class, Pre School, Primary, Junior and Senior Classes, Children's Church, Career and College, Adult and Senior classes. Women's Auxilaries and Men's Pastor's Class are some of the classes at Camille.
Make a Joyful Noise unto the Lord!
We believe in the spiritual expression music in worship. We incorporate the Ephesians 5.19 formula of Hymns, Praise & Worship and scriptural songs. We occasionally have musical concerts by local & professional. Check with our Calendar of Events to see when we will be having a time of Music and Praise.
FELLOWSHIPS
Monthly we have church wide fellowship to enhance the family relationship and home like atmosphere that pervades our church. We also have S.S. Class fellowships and a monthly Men's Prayer breakfast.
Outreach and Missions
We support Missionaries local, state, national and international through our monthly budget. We also have Missionaries come and speak periodically and raise money for their needs. We also support Jacksonville College, The Texas Baptist Home, The Baptist Progress, BMA Loan Association, and The Baptist Book Center. Our Support goes through the following National Departments and Sub Departments as well: BMAA Seminary, National Camp Ministries, Lifeword, Moral Action Committee, Minister's Resource, Department of Church Ministries, Baptist Publication House and Missions Literature. We also work with our Missions in Africa through literature MLM support. To know more about our work information can be found at the Baptist News Service.
Furthermore we support Longview Community Ministries here in town as well as do weekly outreach through the GROW program. We also have some members who work in Shut in ministries, Highway 80 Mission, New Gate Mission, Angel Food Ministries,* and Chaplaincy work.

*Food Stamps in Texas are on the Lone Star Card. We are not equipped to recieve them for Angel Food. There is a place in Marshal Texas that does accept them. We accept Cash or Money Order made out to Camille Acres Baptist Church. (CABC).
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Also note that food not picked up or orders not corrected at the site on pickup day will be given immediately to needy organizations due to our inability to store such groceries.
EARLY DATES: Dates for ordering and picking up in NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER are earlier due to the Holidays.
